Delivery Guidelines

What is the latest cut-off time to place my order for my next delivery day?

If you are located in the Tennessee van delivery areas (see delivery schedule for van delivery areas covering most of Middle TN and Greater Knoxville), as long as you place your order any time before 7am of your delivery day, we can get your order to you on your scheduled delivery day! If you are serviced by courier or UPS, as long as you place your order by 10:00 AM Monday thru Friday we will ship your order out the same day! Your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days. (Saturday and Sunday are not included)

What is your return policy?

Our goal is to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations and our success is dependent on your happiness. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with our products and home delivery service, then we’re not satisfied. If one of our products isn’t working for your pet, we’d be happy to exchange it for another formula or product.

We will accept returns on products within 90 days of the shipment date.  You will be credited for the prorated amount of product that is returned.

How can I place my order?

We have many ways that are quick, easy, and convenient for you to place your order!

D. Click on the “One Click Done” reorder link in the reminder email that is sent to you when we think you are running low.  Just click the link in your reminder email and you’re all set! This will repeat your last order. We’ll use the same form of payment and deliver it to the same place as the last time.

E. Opt in for text reminders - similar to the One Click Done reorder a reminder will be texted to you when we think you are running low. Just reply ‘YES’ you’re all set! This will repeat your last order. We’ll use the same form of payment and deliver it to the same place as the last time.

G. Constant Kibble – Do you not want to have to think about reordering food? Do you ever wish that food would just show up at your front door? Constant Kibble is would be ideal for you! We will figure out your frequency cycle and you tell us what you would automatically like to receive. You will then receive a delivery every set amount of weeks. We will send you an email reminder before each delivery, so if you ever need to make any adjustments we can do so as long as you reply before delivery day.

Are there any delivery restrictions?

To avoid a delivery fee, your order must be over $25.00. If your order is under $25.00, there will be a $8.00 shipping fee added to your order.

If serviced by UPS or courier service it can take 1-2 business days to arrive from the shipment date.

What about local Nature’s Select deliveries?  Order any time before 7:00am of your delivery day.

Are there any UPS shipping restrictions?

To avoid having to charge for shipping we have a few restrictions on our UPS deliveries.

We are only able to ship dry food up to 60lbs increments. We are unable to ship 90-lbs.

Shipments within TN, AL, and KY there is no delivery charge.

Shipments sent to other states outside TN, AL, and KY have a $7.50 delivery charge for every box up to 60-lb.

What if I need a delivery on a day other than the day you’re in my neighborhood?

If you need a special delivery on a day other than your regular route day or if its after 7am on your delivery day please give us a call. We will try our best to get the food to you.
