What is the latest cut-off time to place my order for my next delivery day?

If you are located in the Sacramento area, as long as you place your order by closing the night before your delivery day, we can get your order to you the next day!

If you are serviced by our courier or UPS, as long as you place your order by 12:00 PM we will ship your order out the same day! Your order will be delivered the next business day.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations and our success is dependent on your happiness. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with our products and home delivery service, then we’re not satisfied. If one of our products isn’t working for your pet, we’d be happy to exchange it for another formula or product.

RETURN POLICY:  We will accept returns on products within 90 days of the shipment date.  You will be credited for the prorated amount of product that is returned, less $10 for a pick-up fee. However, the $10 pick-up fee will be waived if you’re exchanging your return for another formula, or if you bring the returned product back to our warehouse, or arrange shipment back to us on your own.

D. Click on the “One Click Done” reorder link in the reminder email that is sent to you when we think you are running low.  Just click the link in your reminder email and you’re all set! This will repeat your last order. We’ll use the same form of payment and deliver it to the same place as the last time.

F. Constant Kibble – Do you not want to have to think about reordering food? Do you ever wish that food would just show up at your front door? Constant Kibble is would be ideal for you! We will figure out your frequency cycle and you tell us what you would automatically like to receive. You will then receive a delivery every set amount of weeks. Even better, as a Constant Kibble Customer, you get your choice of $5.00 off or a free 10-oz bag of Nature’s Select cookies with every Constant Kibble order!

Are there any delivery restrictions?

To avoid a delivery fee, your order must be over $35.00. If your order is under $35.00, there will be a $10.00 shipping fee added to your order.

Shipment cut-off time for customers in the San Francisco Bay Area, outlying Sacramento, Central Valley, Sierra Foothills, and Reno/Tahoe Areas that are serviced by courier or UPS is 12:00 pm. If you place your order by 12:00 pm, we will ship it out same day!

If serviced by courier you should expect to receive your order the next business day.

If serviced by UPS ground service it can take 1-2 business days.

What about local Nature’s Select deliveries?  Order by midnight the night before.

Are there any UPS shipping restrictions?

To avoid having to charge for shipping we have a few restrictions on our UPS deliveries.

We are only able to ship dry food in 30-lb, 60-lb or 120-lb. increments. We are unable to ship 90-lbs.

Our multi-bag discounts still apply, but we are not able to offer our OVER125 or OVER325 discounts on UPS deliveries

Shipments sent out-of-state have a $10 delivery charge for every box up to 60-lb.

How can I find out which delivery method you use to deliver to my address?

What if I need a delivery on a day other than the day you’re in my neighborhood?

If you need a special delivery on a day other than your regular route day, we will try our best to get the food to you. If we are able to get it to you, there will be a $10 special delivery fee. Alternatively, you can always avoid the surcharge and pick up food at our warehouse which is open Monday through Friday.
